1. Acceptance of Terms & Communications Consent

By submitting a booking request, inquiry, or any form through our website, Google Forms, or other communication channels, or by proceeding with payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

By providing your contact details, including your phone number, you expressly consent to receive communications from Maison Class LLC, including but not limited to phone calls (including via automated dialing systems), SMS/text messages (including transactional and promotional messages), voicemail messages, and emails.

These communications may relate to your inquiry, booking, travel updates, customer support, and promotional offers.

Submission of a request on our website constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and explicit consent to receive calls and SMS communications as described above.

Additional Conditions: Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Opt-Out: You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP. For assistance, reply HELP or contact us directly.

Carrier Disclaimer: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

2. Nature of Service

Maison Class LLC acts as an intermediary travel agency arranging services through third-party suppliers. We do not operate flights or provide travel services directly.

3. Booking & Contract Formation

A booking is only confirmed once full payment is received and tickets are issued. Prices and availability are not guaranteed until issuance.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are subject to change until ticketed. Additional airline or supplier fees may apply. Payment authorizes Maison Class to process charges for your booking.

5. Airline Rules

All tickets are subject to airline fare rules and conditions of carriage, including restrictions on refunds, changes, routing, and usage.

6. Changes & Cancellations

Changes and cancellations are subject to airline rules and applicable penalties. Maison Class service fees may apply. No-shows are generally non-refundable.

7. Ticket Accuracy

Passenger names must match passports exactly. Tickets are non-transferable. Maison Class is not responsible for errors provided by the client.

8. Travel Documents

You are responsible for ensuring all passports, visas, and entry requirements are met. Failure to comply may result in denied boarding or entry without refund.

9. Airline Disruptions

Airlines may change schedules, routes, or cancel flights. Maison Class is not liable for such disruptions or their consequences.

10. Limitation of Liability

Maison Class is not liable for indirect losses, missed flights, delays, or airline service failures. We act solely as an intermediary.

11. Chargebacks & Fraud

Unauthorized chargebacks will be disputed. By proceeding with payment, you agree not to initiate unjustified chargebacks. Legal action may be taken where necessary.

12. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for events beyond our control including but not limited to war, natural disasters, pandemics, or government actions.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.

14. Electronic Agreement

Acceptance of these Terms via electronic means (including Google Forms, email confirmation, or payment completion) constitutes a legally binding agreement.
