Maison Class LLC ("Maison Class," "we," "our," or "us") acts solely as an independent travel agency, travel advisor, booking intermediary.
We do not own, operate, or control airlines, hotels, cruise lines, charter operators, or other travel suppliers.
All travel services are subject to the cancellation, change, and refund policies of the applicable travel supplier.
By purchasing travel services through Maison Class LLC, you agree to the outlined in this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
1. Agency Role
Maison Class LLC facilitates travel bookings and related services on behalf of travelers.
We are not:
● An airline ● A hotel operator ● A cruise line ● A transportation provider ● A private jet operator ● A yacht operator Refunds, cancellations, schedule changes, and travel service delivery are governed primarily by the policies of the applicable supplier.
2. General Refund Policy
Refund eligibility depends entirely on:
● Airline fare rules ● Hotel cancellation policies ● Cruise line policies ● Charter provider agreements ● Supplier-specific terms and conditions Many travel products may be:

All refund requests remain subject to supplier approval.
3. Airline Tickets
Airline tickets are governed by the fare rules established by the issuing airline.
Many discounted, promotional, business-class, first-class, and international fares may be non-refundable.

5. Schedule Changes and Airline

In the event of a disruption, customers may be required to work directly with the airline to obtain available remedies.
6. Hotel Reservations
Hotel cancellations and refunds are governed by the policies of the individual property.
Some reservations may be:
● Fully refundable ● Partially refundable ● Non-refundable Customers should carefully review cancellation deadlines before booking.
Failure to check in may result in forfeiture of the reservation without refund.
7. Cruise Reservations
Cruise bookings are governed by the policies of the applicable cruise line.
Cruise cancellation penalties often increase as the departure date approaches.
Refund eligibility, future cruise credits, and cancellation fees are determined exclusively by the cruise operator.
8. Private Jet Charter Services
Private jet charter services are subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable charter operator.
Cancellation fees may vary based on:

9. Yacht Charter Services
Yacht charter bookings are governed by the charter provider's cancellation policies.

10. Concierge Services
Fees paid for concierge, advisory, itinerary planning, sourcing, or consultation services may be non-refundable once services have commenced.
Refunds for concierge services, if any, are determined solely at Maison Class LLC's discretion unless otherwise required by law.
11. Service Fees
Maison Class LLC may charge service fees for:
● Travel research ● Booking assistance ● Ticket exchanges ● Administrative support ● Concierge services Unless otherwise stated in writing, Maison Class service fees are non-refundable after services have been performed.
12. Supplier Processing Times
Approved refunds are processed by the applicable supplier.
Refund timelines vary and may take several weeks or months depending on:
● Airline procedures ● Hotel procedures ● Cruise line procedures ● Payment processing timelines ● Banking systems Maison Class LLC does not control supplier refund processing times and cannot guarantee specific refund dates.
13. Chargebacks
Customers agree to contact Maison Class LLC before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Submitting a chargeback does not automatically entitle a customer to a refund.
Maison Class LLC reserves the right to contest improper or fraudulent chargebacks and pursue recovery of amounts owed, including associated administrative and legal costs where permitted by law.
14. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
Travel insurance may provide coverage for:
● Trip cancellations ● Trip interruptions ● Medical emergencies ● Lost baggage ● Travel delays ● Supplier insolvency Customers are responsible for determining whether travel insurance is appropriate for their circumstances.
15. Force Majeure Events
Refunds may be restricted or unavailable in circumstances involving events beyond the control of Maison Class LLC or travel suppliers, including:
● Natural disasters ● Severe weather ● Pandemics ● Government restrictions ● Civil unrest ● Acts of terrorism ● Labor disputes ● Transportation disruptions Refund rights during such events are determined by the applicable supplier.
